From November 2025 to February 2026, Rotaract Zimbali proudly led a community-driven clothing and toy donation initiative aimed at supporting children and families in need. 

Community Collection Effort

To make donating as accessible as possible, multiple drop-off locations were established across the community. Supporters were encouraged to contribute pre-loved clothing and toys, resulting in an overwhelming and heartwarming response. The generosity shown during this period highlighted the incredible spirit of giving within our community.

Once all donations were collected, members dedicated their time to carefully sort through each item. Clothing was organised by size and gender to ensure easy distribution, while toys were checked for usability. Any stained or damaged clothing and broken toys were responsibly discarded, ensuring that only quality items were passed on to beneficiaries.

Thanks to the incredible volume of donations received, the initiative exceeded all expectations. The quantity of items collected enabled Rotaract Zimbali to plan and execute multiple donation drives, extending the impact of this project and reaching even more communities in need.
